Counter Balance Mini Floor Cranes with Telescopic Boom, Capacity 500kg (MFC/Ks) & 900kg (MFC/K)

Versatile Fully Dismantlable Workshop and Site Floor Cranes.

Model:

MFC-5079

  • Fully dismantlable. Arm, column, pump, steering handle, weights and weight 'box' are all removable from chassis.
  • Quick release pins allows to easy assembly / disassembly and for braking down to carry to difficult working areas.
  • The MFC/K (long version) and the MFC/Ks (short version) both have the same dimensions except for the length (which offers a higher / lower capacity lift - see load chart).
  • MFC/K (long version) can be made in to MFC/Ks (short version) by simply raising the back stabilising legs.
  • Arm has an 8 point adjustment each by 120mm increments.
  • Supplied with 4 x swivel locking and directional locking castors.
  • Locking pin on arm prevent intentional / unintentional lowering (must be inserted by user).
  • 87 full strokes from lowest to highest point.
  • Supplied with swivel hook, but can have hoist, winch etc. attched.

The Mini Floor Crane is designed to achieve the greatest flexibility for a wide variety of applications to adapt perfectly to your work environment and required applications.

Due to its slim design, the MFC fits in any standard lift and is simple to assemble / disassemble, requiring only a few parts to be handled.

Wherever you have space restrictions, the Shorty MFC750/Ks is the best suited to the task without reducing capacity.

The MFC 750/Ks has the smallest footprint when set up for work, at only 0.65 x 1.2m, this will be sufficient to achieve a maximum capacity of 475kg at 3.05m height.

The MFC750/K is a classic counter weight unit. Two long out riggers are back-wards mounted and are fitted with two counterweight boxes containing 14 counterweights each, in order to lift loads of 900kgs to a maximum height of 3.05m. By using this configuration, the MFC can be positioned in front of walls and balustrades to enable loads to be raised or lowered over obstacles.

To lift loads from below floor level all the way up to 3.05M height, it is recommended to use an electric winch / hoist with pendant control, which allows the load to be precisely positioned. Further attachments are available, for example dual circuit vacuum lifters for lifting heavy glass panels or other similar (gas tight materials) typically used in facades.

For additional stability, lateral out riggers are available for each model.

To minimise floor loadings and optimise manoeuvrability, the MFC can be retro-fitted with all-terrain tyres.

The MFC boom can be extended up to 1.2M in 8 x 120mm increments, and is fitted with a swivel hook. The use of a double-acting lifting cylinder allows the load to be easily raised to the highest point.

Furthermore, the swivel castors of the MFC are provided with brakes and 90° swivel locks as standard.
