Weld-on Lifting Eyes and Lashing Points
LiftingSafety offers an excellent range of weld-on lifting and lashing points with options that will rotate through 360 degrees and others that will pivot through 180 degrees.
We offer standard welded fittings at many different capacities up to 50 tonnes, greater capacities on request.
All welded lifting and lashing connectors must be installed and tested as per the manufacturer's instructions.
A great variety of styles are offered to try to ensure that we have a fitting to suit our customer's applications including weld-on hooks swivel eyes and pad eyes. Alongside our weldable ranges are bolt-down swivel lifting points, which can often be more preferential due to not needing to be permanently welded to your equipment or structure.

Weld-on/down Attachment Points for Lifting or Lashing
Weld-on lifting and lashing points are specialised parts meant to be permanently affixed to equipment or structures. They offer a sturdy anchor for either lifting or securing heavy items.
Our range of weld-on lifting point fittings plays an essential role in many industries, such as construction, manufacturing, and transportation, where safely managing heavy objects is very important.
By attaching these points directly to machinery, containers, or large objects, operators can establish a dependable connection for cranes, hoists, or tie-down straps. This helps keep the load stable and secure during transportation or movement.
These parts are very useful because they come in different designs. Some have features like moving eyes and rotating hooks. This allows for more flexibility and easier movement.
Using a weld-on lifting eye and lashing point provides several benefits, especially their strength and long-lasting nature.
Because they are welded into place, they become an integral part of the equipment, providing a robust and permanent solution that can withstand significant forces.
Many of these parts can rotate 360 degrees and pivot 180 degrees. This allows for different lifting angles and helps prevent damage to the equipment.
It is important that qualified professionals install and test these fittings, strictly following the manufacturer's instructions, to guarantee their integrity and safe use.
For applications where a permanent attachment is not desired, bolt-down swivel lifting points are also available, offering a non-permanent alternative that can be just as effective.
