Aluminium Lifting Gantry Cranes
Our aluminium A-frame lifting gantry systems are a lightweight and portable lifting solution that can easily be transported, erected, disassembled and stored, making our aluminium gantry cranes a very versatile and often essential piece of kit where a temporary or mobile lifting means is required. All of our alloy gantry cranes are height-adjustable, with the majority being width-adjustable and fully certified for lifting applications, with some also being certified to EN795 for fall arrest. The key features are the lightweight aluminium design combined with a modular construction, which allows the gantry to be portable and easily assembled and disassembled in difficult-to-access and/or remote locations.

Twin parallel overhead lifting beams offers key features not offered by other lightweight aluminium mobile lifting gantries; we can offer much longer spans than conventional designs (longer distances between legs). The load trolley rests on top of the lifting beams, spreading the load equally between the two lifting beams allowing the hoist to operate in the cavity between the beams and therefore allowing a very high raised height (low headroom). Twin overhead beam design's also enable greater rigidity to the structure.

The light-weight aluminium Flygt Easylift has been specially designed so that it can be safely assembled by a single person and is stable even during erection, with no heavy part or hard to place bolts. This gantry tripod also conforms to the work at height regulations, certified for man-riding, rescue and fall arrest applications. Loads can be moved without moving the equipment from its centre of gravity.
Aluminium Lifting Gantry Crane with Castors - 1000kg or 1500kg
6 options; top quality German manufactured adjustable light weight alloy lifting gantries; this is our mobile version - with Castor's and movable under load. Movement under load is subject to risk assessment and must be on a suitable, smooth and level surface and be carried out by a competent person. The gantry has vertical adjustable on the central vertical column and also horizontal adjustment that is quick and infinitely adjustable. Each of the legs / vertical supports collapses for ease of transport.
Aluminium A Frame Lifting Gantry with Twin Top Beams and Castors - 1000kg or 1500kg
30 options; made in German these are top of the range, excellent quality adjustable light weight alloy lifting gantries with twin parallel (double) top lifting beams. Twin overhead lifting beams add increased stability to a gantry system that is designed to permit movement when loaded (load bearing), though most importantly the twin parallel top beams mean that very wide working spans are achievable between the vertical support legs.
A-Frame Aluminium Gantry with Twin Top Beams and Castors - 2000kg or 3000kg Lifting Capacity
Top of the range gantries Manufactured in German that are adjustable, light weight alloy and mobile. The twin parallel double overhead lifting beams add increased stability to a gantry system and are designed to be moved when under load and have a wide working span of 4 metre. With the twin beam system the load trolley rests between the two beams and distributes the load evenly with smooth traversing on-long the beam, the hoist sits between the two beams giving a very high raised hook position (low headroom).
Aluminium 2-Part Top Beam Lifting Gantry - 1000kg or 1500kg
6 options; this is a range of lightweight aluminium lifting gantries that are designed to be ultra portable. The horizontal (overhead) lifting beam splits into two pieces so that is can easily be transported between locations and will fit into most small vans. The legs collapse and the gantry is fully adjustable. A quality product made in Germany.
Lifting Gantry Accessories
All of our aluminium lifting gantry systems can be supplied with lifting equipment; chain blocks, electric hoists, beam trolleys (generally trolleys are specific to a particular brand because of box section aluminium used in the design and manufacture of the gantry), power supply systems, slings and shackles as required, but these are generally sold separately. We can design and supply a bespoke alloy lifting gantry to meet your specific requirements or specifications, so please feel free to contact us if you are looking for a gantry that is a little bit special or bespoke, and we will do our best to assist.
Standard Aluminium Gantry Kits
Every aluminium gantry kit is supplied with 2 x aluminium A-frame leg sections, a top beam (this may be made up of parallel twin top beams, or the traditional single beam and in 1-piece or 2-pieces for additional versatility, transport or storage) and a trolley (variants on trolleys are also optional). Additionally, optional features and accessories are on offer such as wall brackets, geared travel trolleys, locking trolleys, pressure wheel kits (allowing a gantry to be moved on wheels/castors, but only when not under load), or even modified narrow aisle legs for those instances where space is very tight, such as escalator work, where the traditional gantry a-frame simply will not fit.
