Your baskets are split up into two different types, this can be due to availability, pricing fluctuations, a product only displaying a guide price or products that require pricing requests to be submitted on application. Because of this, not all items can be purchased directly online, so a quote request is recommended, which is why you have both a Shopping Basket and a Quote Request Basket.
Shopping Basket
This basket carries your chosen products that can be bought online through our online checkout process, our system currently uses WorldPay payment gateway - A reliable and secure merchant service, which allows us to accept all major credit & debit cards in a secure environment.
Once you proceed to the checkout you will be prompted to enter your payment details through WorldPay and upon a successful transaction you will be returned here to receive your order reference number (which will also be sent to you via email address). After a successful order is placed, you can check the status of the order at any point by simply logging into your account.
Quote Request Basket
The Quote Request Basket houses all items that cannot be bought directly online. This can be for several reasons as mentioned above, but you can take peace of mind that all quote requests submitted online are always actioned as quick as possible with a formal quotation being sent directly to the email address provided at the time of the request. Often this can be within minutes of your request being received, but in some instances it may take up to 24 hours depending on the item type (for example, if pricing must be calculated, so please be patient with us!), once complete you will receive your quotation in PDF format via email.
After you are in receipt of your quote, if you wish to go ahead or amend any details, just email the quote administrator back and they'll be happy to assist your further.
