The Globestock Saver is a fall arrest block that also features a rescue winching handle for the raising or lowering a fallen person to safety, that may be used in conjunction with appropriate, certified anchorages and harnesses in confined space applications.

The new design Globestock Saver (Supersedes the G.Saver II)

  • Now available with a synthetic lifeline, reducing weight, improving handling, and providing added safety in environments with electrocution risks.
  • The winch arm has been upgraded with a simplified, faster engagement mechanism.
  • A refreshed, modern Saver label design uses clear, easy-to-understand pictograms, enhancing the user experience and equipment usability.
  • The redesigned anchorage connection point accommodates off-the-shelf karabiners for easier hanging.
  • The Saver lifeline’s shock absorber spring has been replaced with a durable rubber stopper, which reduces recoil, offers better durability, and withstands corrosive environments.
  • The old metal ID plate has been replaced with a corrosion-resistant label featuring a QR code for quick access to online User Instructions.
  • Internal components have been extensively modified to enhance performance and meet the stricter EN 360: 2023 standard.
  • User instructions have been completely overhauled to be clearer, easier to understand, and available in multiple languages.
  • Several assembly and servicing improvements have been made to improve serviceability.

The GSE414P and GSE430P models follow the same construction and function of the popular SAVER fall arrester range, but are fitted with a high-performance HMPE fibre line. The low-stretch material is up to 70% stronger than the current steel wire line found in the wire rope models, with less than half the density. This makes the product up to 2.5 kg lighter. We select the highest grade rope, which is lined with a specialist coating that provides an increased level of abrasion resistance, prolonging the rope's lifespan. All terminations are professionally spliced, whipped, and coated to ensure long-term quality.
