Gebuwin Hand Winches - 150kg to 7500kg

Quick Ref: CN-2061

Spur Gear Hoisting Winches - Suitable for lifting and/or pulling

Gebuwin has two ranges of spur gear winches which are used for hoisting loads. All of the spur gear winches are equipped with a load pressure brake. This brake holds the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering. The hoisting capacities are calculated according to the first cable layer on the cable drum. Due to the minimal friction loss in the transmission, the spur gear winches have a high performance efficiency. Most parts are made from steel and have been either painted or zinc plated.

Type coding:

  • HW = Economy hand driven winches
  • TL = Spur gear winches (3 versions)
  • TC = Spur gear winches for mounting on a console

Worm Gear Hoisting Winches - Suitable for lifting and/or pulling

The Gebuwin range of hand driven worm gear winches are known for their robust construction. The hoisting capacities are calculated according to the first cable layer on the cable drum. All of the worm gear winches are equipped with a load pressure brake. This brake holds the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering. The worm gear winches are more safe than the spur gear winches, due to the fact that 50% of the braking is done by the friction loss in the transmission. Subsequently, the load on the pressure brake is greatly reduced. Due to the higher friction loss in the transmission, the worm gear winches have a lower performance efficiency than the spur gear winches. The winches have a static safety factor of  minimum 4. The cranks can be adjusted in length and are recoil-free. All rotating parts run in maintenance free bearings. From the 2000 kg capacity winch and up, the winches are fitted with a second drive shaft, which makes it possible to work with two speeds. Most parts are made from steel and have been either painted or zinc plated. The winch with 7500 kg capacity has the worm-worm gear transmission completely protected by a sealed cover.

Type coding:

  • WW = Worm gear winches (4 versions)
  • WB = Worm gear belt winches.
Gebuwin Hand Winches - 150kg to 7500kg

Manual spur gear lifting/hoisting winch with optional paint/zinc plated finish and Atex rating.

The Gebuwin range of hand driven spur gear winches are known for their robust construction. The cranks can be adjusted in length and are recoil-free. All rotating parts run in maintenance free bearings. The winches have a static safety factor of minimum 4.

Economy range manual spur gear lifting/hoisting hand winch available with painted or stainless steel finish.

These Gebuwin hand driven winches have a straight forward construction, which allows for a favourable price / performance ratio. The winches have a static safety factor of minimum 1.5.

Manual spur gear lifting/hoisting hand winch with optional paint/zinc plated finish and Atex rating.

The Gebuwin range of hand driven spur gear winches are known for their robust construction. The cranks can be adjusted in length and are recoil-free. All rotating parts run in maintenance free bearings. The winches have a static safety factor of minimum 4.

Manual spur gear pulling and lifting/hoisting winch with optional paint/stainless steel finish and Atex rating.

The Gebuwin range of hand driven spur gear winches are known for their robust construction. The cranks can be adjusted in length and are recoil-free. All rotating parts run in maintenance free bearings.

Spur gear free spool hand winch for lifting/hoisting and pulling. Optional painted/stainless steel finish and Atex rating.

These winches are used for both hoisting and pulling of loads. They are equipped with a cable drum free spool, making it possible for the cable to be easily pulled from the drum, due to the fact that the cable drum can be detached from the transmission. As well as this, these winches can be mounted in such a way that allows for the cable to come free from the winch horizontally.

Worm gear hand winch, with single or double drum. Optional painted/zinc plated finish and Atex rating.

The Gebuwin range of hand driven worm gear winches are known for their robust construction. The hoisting capacities are calculated according to the first cable layer on the cable drum.

Stainless steel worm gear hand winch, suitable for sea water and chemical installation.

A robust worm gear winch constructed with a fully covered gearing (IP 54).

The cable drum, the crank and all outgoing shafts are made of high quality 316 stainless steel. All fasteners are of A4 quality stainless steel. The surface treatment of the steel housing complies with the stringent paint specifications C5M according to DIN/ISO 12944.

Worm Gear Hand Winch for Lifting/Hoisting and Pulling, with Single or Double Drum, available with Optional Adjustable Friction Brake for Controlled Cable Unwinding and Optional Finish

Manual worm gear lifting/hoisting and pulling hand winch, for use with webbing/belt. Optional painted/zinc plated finish.

The winch has a rear exit, which also enables it to be used as a pulling winch.  As pulling winch, a load of up to approx. 2000kg can be moved horizontally.

The worm gear winch is fitted with a load pressure brake. This brake holds the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering. The crank can be adjusted in length and is recoil-free. All rotating parts run in maintenance free bearings. This winch is available in a grey/black paint and a zinc plated version, which gives an improved rust protection.

Gebuwin wall or floor mount worm drive winch, driven by a powered drill or cordless screwdriver.

The hoisting capacity of the winch is 200kg which is calculated according to the first cable layer on the cable drum. The closed worm gear box has a transmission with a self braking capacity. This self braking capacity ensures a hold of the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering.

All rotating parts run in maintenance free bearings. The winch can be wall mounted or console mounted, and is available in grey/black paint.

Pneumatic (air) or Electric (230v 1ph) Powered Drive Tool for use with Gebuwin Hand Winches

This pneumatic auxiliary motor and electrical auxiliary motors are intended as an alternative to the manual drive and are only used for brief and non-frequent usage. The combination of manual winch and electrical or pneumatic auxiliary motor is not an alternative to an electrical driven winch.
