There are 4 models of wire rope fall arrestors in the Defender range (there is also a 3.3. webbing version) all of which ensure smooth and easy operations. Manufactured with galvanised wire to arrest all fall situations, along with a aluminium swivel hook with built in fall indicator.

The Defender range as a whole offers a lighter more compact alternative to traditional fall arrest blocks, without losing any of their benefits. They have a sleeker design and top swivel to help with connection.

This item must be used with a safety harness.

  • The top of the block contains a swivel with an opening for further attachment. Top connector (e.g. karabiner) not included, sold seperately.
  • Fittings: Aluminium swivel triple action karabiner (RGK44) with built-in fall indicator.
  • Max. user weight: 140kg.
  • Max. force: <6kN.
  • Conforms to: EN 360:2002
