- Yale "HTP" Quick Fit Push Travel Beam Trolley
A beam trolley enables the exact positioning or easy traversing of large loads with either manual or powered hoisting equipment. It has excellent controlling features due to machined steel wheels mounted on pre-lubricated, encapsulated ball bearings.
A geared, hand-chain-driven version of the HTP is available as the Yale HTG, which is available in capacities from 500kg up to 50 tonnes.
The HTP beam runners are adjustable to fit a wide range of beam widths and profiles (e.g. INP, IPE and IPB). The trolley wheels are designed for a max. beam profile incline of 14%. Adjustments are made by rotating the clevis load bar, which also ensures the centred positioning of the hoist in the clevis - no creeping to the left or the right. Trolleys are in accordance with the UVV and machinery directive.
Optional Features
- Rubber buffers/bumpers can be fitted.
- Rotating hand chain guide.
- Corrosion-resistant finish.
- Hand-chain-driven track clamp (locking device) is available on all models, which is designed for holding the beam trolley in a stationary position when not in use. It is not designed to hold the trolley in position whilst under load. The hand chain can be standard zinc-plated or stainless steel.
- Lock nuts for 500kg to 2000kg models.
- Atex version is available.
- High-temperature bearings are available, suitable for up to 350°C. However, for temperatures above 250°C, the capacity must be decreased to 90% of the nominal load, and for temperatures above 300°C, the capacity must be decreased by 80% of the nominal load.
