Anchor Swivel
Allows the block to align with the lifeline and avoid any torsion of the cable when the user is working.

Lightweight and durable thermoplastic housing

Reserve lifeline
Allows the brake to perform even if a fall occurs when the cable is fully extended.

Gasket between the housings makes the block semi-sealed which increases protection against the intrusion of dust and water thereby offering additional protection against corrosion.

Constant moving pawls, anti-ratchet system
Anti-ratchet system means the pawls will remain engaged even if the anchorage structure is flexible and likely to induce rebounds.

Impact Indicating Hook
Allows easy visual inspection to determine if the unit has experienced a fall by a user.

Fall Arrest Mode - Assisted Rescue by Hand or by pole from the floor; In fall arrest mode the RSQ inertia reel will automatically arrest the fall then leave the casualty suspended. The assistant above can then activate the auto descent button on the block face us using the long reach telescopic pole resulting in a controlled descent to the ground.

Automatic Self Rescue Mode - Auto Casualty Descent. When set in the self rescue mode the RSQ will automatically arrest a fall though will then instantly proceed to automatically descent the person fallen, safely lowering them to the ground. IE, Self rescue / Automatic rescue!
