TRACTEL® textile rope has a loop at one end and is machine-finished at the other.

The loop must be connected to an anchorage point that has a minimum strength of 1T in accordance with the requirements of standard EN795.

This anchorage point should preferably be installed at the TOP position.

When the anchorage point is at ground level it is essential to protect the rope from sharp or abrasive edges.

The rope must under no circumstances be connected below the work position of the user.

This rope is designed for use with the STOPFOR range of products. 

The textile rope must be used with the following devices (in accordance with standard NF EN 363) :

  • EN 795 Anchorage.
  • An end connector (EN 362).
  • A fall arrest system (EN 353/2).
  • A descender (EN341)
  • A fall arrest harness (NF EN 361)
