Options on Compact Trolley Hoist : Safe Working Load, Trolley Type, Chain Collector Bags, Trolley to fit Beam Size (mm) (e.g 152), Height of Lift (m).
All-steel construction with zinc-plated load and hand chains. All units are built to order for a predetermined beam dimension.
Anti-drop devices and anti-tilt devices are standard features. VNR series offers minimum headroom and maximum usage of the available room height.
Options on Low Headroom Hoist : Safe working load, trolley type, height of lift (m), chain collector bags, overload protection, trolley to fit beam size (mm). The hand chain hoist series VLR with integrated manual trolley drive features extremely low headroom capabilities and provides optimal usage of the available storage space in confined areas. The swivel truck feature of the trolley suspension enables travelling on extremely short radius curves.

The wire Rope used for lifting and pulling fused and tapered at one end and the other end is terminated with a Crosby eye hook in heart shaped thimble secured by a mechanical splice. The Yaletrac is our reasonable quality alternative to the Tractel Tirfor products which we also offer. We consider it to be a good second best. Yaletrac® cable pullers feature a lightweight, compact, high strength aluminium housing, smooth contour design with a large, flat bottom surface for increased stability in horizontal and vertical working positions.
Available in 800kg, 1600kg and 3200kg capacities.
These hoists are all from the YaleLift 360 Models. The hoists/trolleys are fully corrosion resistant including the bottom hooks and are all fitted with stainless steel load and hand chain.
Available in with capacities of 500kg, 900kg, 1250kg, 2000kg and 4000kg.
The Pal-Turn system consists of a tube rotated by a gear driven motor. Pulleys, protected by castings, are mounted at both ends, which rotate the straps and in turn rotate the load. A control button box enables the exact position of the load to be easily achieved. Available in safe working loads ranging from 100kg to 20,000kg.
JDN Ultra-Low pneumatic Monorail Hoist are supplied with capacities of 4t to100t, (6 bar Air Pressure) and are the perfect solution where loads have to be lifted and transported in extremely reduced spaces / headroom. For example, the monorail hoist with a load capacity of 6t has a headroom of only 210 mm. Standard features are vast and we offer a large choice of options to built a bespoke low headroom air hoist to suit your application and environment.
JDN Big Bag Handling Air Hoists are available at carrying capacities of 1100 kg and 2200 kg with an air pressure of 6 bar and are for big bag handling applications. We offer designs with one or two load hooks. With one load hook for cross beams. The large distance between the hook and the chain box is particularly advantageous. This guarantees that there is no danger of collision between the load and the chain box. With two load hooks for more complex multi-point cross beams or simple rod cross beams with two means of suspension.
This crane is delivered complete and ready to assemble, has long travel rubber buffers, a safe working load plate and safety markings. The end carriage is fitted with machines steel wheels.
When the trolley is fitted to the beam the user adjusts the 'Take-up screws' to approx 1mm from the underside of the lifting beam. When the locking pin is tightened the 'Take-up' pins will be forced to clamp against the underside of beam, resulting in a three point clamp.
