Gebuwin "TC Series" Hand Operated Spur Gear Winch, Range from 1000kg to 1500kg

These winches are used for both hoisting and pulling of loads. They are equipped with a cable drum free spool, making it possible for the cable to be easily pulled from the drum, due to the fact that the cable drum can be detached from the transmission. As well as this, these winches can be mounted in such a way that allows for the cable to come free from the winch horizontally.

The Gebuwin TC range of hand driven spur gear winches are known for their robust construction. The listed capacities refer to the hoisting capacities which are calculated according to the first cable layer on the cable drum. In the case of these winches being used for the pulling of loads, the hoisting capacity should be multiplied roughly by a factor of 2.5.

The spur gear winches are equipped with a load pressure brake. This brake holds the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering. The cranks can be adjusted in length and are recoil-free. All rotating parts run in maintenance free bearings. Due to the minimal friction loss in the transmission, the spur gear winches have a high performance efficiency. These spur gear winches have a sealed spur gear casing. With the painted range, most parts are made from steel and have been either painted or zinc plated. With the Stainless Steel range, the parts are made from stainless steel, excepting for the inner parts within the spur gear casing.
