Camlok Heavy Duty Vertical Plate Lifting Clamp.

The Camlok CZ Series Vertical Plate Clamp differs from our CZ92 series in that the body of the clamp is a welded construction. The series has a lifting capacity range of 1 to 30 tons. The CZ series clamp can be used to lift plate from the horizontal to vertical position and vice versa. This clamp series is suitable for handling steel plate with a surface hardness of up to 300 Brinell. The standard clamp is fitted with a hook ring this can be replaced with a short length of chain and master link. The clamp can be supplied with alternative body shapes, Clamp jaws and pads are manufactured from high tensile steel and have heat treated serrated teeth.

Camlok Hinged Vertical Plate Lifting Clamp.

The CY Non-welded Hinged Universal Clamp is a variant of our successful CZ92 Series Clamp. The clamp has all the innovative design features of the CZ92 clamp and incorporates a hinged hook ring. This device enables the clamp to be used at any angle thus permitting awkward lifts previously considered hazardous. The standard clamp is fitted with a cam operated locking mechanism but this can be replaced (at no additional cost) by a chain pull locking mechanism. The CY range is fitted with hardened steel pads and jaws that incorporate tooth wear indicators. The clamp is designed to lift and handle plate with a surface hardness up to 300 Brinell. Camlok Heavy Duty Hinged Vertical Plate Lifting Clamp.

The Camlok Series CX range of clamps has been developed especially for the handling of plate at any angle, thus permitting the lifting and handling of awkward shaped plate and fabrications. Single plates can be lifted from the horizontal to the vertical position and vice versa. Vertically racked plates can be turned over due to the in-built lifting eye and link. Standard CX clamps are fitted with a cam operated closing mechanism that can, if preferred, be replaced with a chain pull open /close mechanism. Clamps are fitted with hardened serrated teeth, jaws and pads that are suitable for gripping steel plate up to a hardness of 300 Brinell.

Camlok High Grip Vertical Plate Lifting Clamp Useful for lifting stainless steel and hardened surface plates.

The Camlok High Grip Clamp has an additional lever in the clamping mechanism thus asserting a very high gripping force on the plate being lifted. The clamp has been designed to lift plates with hardened surfaces and for stainless steel plates. The clamp is suitable for use with materials up to 376 Brinell surface hardness. Clamps can be used for lifting and turning plates from the horizontal to vertical or vice versa. The standard clamp is fitted with a hook ring but can alternatively be supplied with a short length of chain NOTE: Clamp will mark the surface of the material being lifted.

Camlok Adjustable Horizontal Plate Lifting Clamp. The Camlok Adjustable Height Horizontal Plate Clamp is designed to lift and transport thick plate and plate bundles in the horizontal position. The clamps are used in pairs for short lengths of plate. For longer plate lengths 2 pairs of clamps suspended from a lifting beam are used. The height of the jaw pivot arm is easily adjusted via a spring locked rack and lock bar device. The clamping jaw is always positively brought into the correct position ensuring a safe and secure lift.
Camlok Thin Sheet Horizontal Plate Lifting Clamp. The Camlok THK Clamp has a jaw that pivots in the reverse direction to our normal horizontal clamps and is designed to lift and handle thin sheet plate that tend to sag when lifted. The reverse jaw feature ensures that the clamp grip increases the more the plate deflects under its own self weight. Clamps are used in pairs with a 2 legged chain sling (maximum included angle not to exceed 60º). Two pairs of clamps supported from a lifting beam must be used when handling long plates. Single plates only can be lifted.
Camlok Non-Marking Plate Clamp for 0 - 65mm Plate.

The TSB gentle grip clamp is designed to lift and handle various types of material such as steel, timber, plastics, laminates etc. without causing damage to the surface finish. The fixed pad and horizontally moving jaw are lined with hard wearing rubber. The lateral gripping load is transmitted to the moving jaw via a short length of chain routed between two chain pulleys. The clamp can be used to lift plates from the horizontal to vertical position and vice versa.

Camlok girder section lifting and turning clamps with jaw sizes from 0 - 50mm. Camlok series of CG general purpose clamps can be used on rolled steel joists, beams, fabrications and RSJ's up to a surface hardness of 300 Brinell. This clamp can lift and turn girders through 90° and has been designed to meet the requirements of the heavy steel industry. It incorporates a positive lock on to one of the uppermost edges, which will allow the beam to be set down with the web or flange vertical. For longer girders, fabrications and welded structures two clamps and a lifting beam may be required.
Camlok Girder Section Lifting Clamp for 5 - 28mm jaw size. The TTR Series of Clamps have been designed to lift and transport structural steel beams in the horizontal position i.e. with the flanges in the vertical position. The clamp is designed with the hook ring as near as to the centre of gravity of the beam as possible, thus resulting in a near horizontal lift. Long beams should be lifted using 2 clamps attached to opposite beam flanges. The clamp is fitted with a Camlok spring/cam operated safety lock.
Camlok Girder Section Lifting Clamp.

The TTG Girder Clamp is designed to lift and transport structural steel beams in the vertical position i.e with the flanges in the horizontal position. The clamp is fitted with a Camlok spring operated safety lock and is operated by pulling the locking handle upwards. Long beams should be lifted with two clamps attached on opposite beam flanges, the clamps supported from a lifting beam.

The TTG is ideal for lifting and transporting structural steel beams and girders. Long beams can be lifted using 2 clamps attached to opposite beam flanges. The clamp is fitted with a Camlok spring / cam operated safety lock.

 

Camlok Bulb-Bar Section Lifting Clamps for 40 - 87mm jaw size. The Camlok CB Bulb Bar Section Clamp was designed specifically for lifting and handling bulb bar sections or fabrications containing bulb bar sections up to a surface hardness of 300 Brinell. The clamp is almost exclusively used in the ship building industry. The clamp is supplied as standard with a hook ring as shown in the illustration this can however be replaced with an integral short chain sling for direct connection to the hook of the lifting appliance.

Camlok Round Stock Grabs. The TRU round stock scissor grab is designed to lift and handle material such as tubes, pipes, rolls of plastic and roofing felt. The jaws can be fitted with plastic or rubber lined pads to minimise marking of sensitive surface materials; the lining also helps prevent items slipping if the grab has not been positioned correctly. The TRU is fitted with a manually operated pawl that locks the grab in the open position. Grabs can be fitted with an automatic open/close device for remote operation.
Camlok Scissor Block Grab with Rubber Pads. Optional manual or automatic latching mechanism.

These grabs operate in a scissor action and have swivelling jaws to allow parallel lifting. They are designed to handle objects with square parallel edges such as stone/concrete blocks. They have the option of manual or automatic latching.

Grab Features: Rubber pads will only restrict the material from slipping if the material is free from oil, dirt etc; supplied as standard with large rubber pads

 

Camlok Drum Clamp can be used single clamp on sealed or empty drums, 2 clamps and chain sling on open drums.

This range of clamps permit the safe handling of all types of flanged drums with or without lids. This can be used to lift sealed drums on their own, if an open drum is to be lifted without spilling the contents, two clamps can be used with either a two leg chain sling or a small lifting beam and two slings. (Chain sling not included)

Camlok Drum / Round Material Clamps.

These clamps are designed to handle round materials in the vertical position, such as drums. The drum load will not be subject to crushing loads. The DAF is fitted with adjustable arms and designed to suit fork lift truck tine centres from 570mm to 850mm.

To suit drum diameters from 420mm upto 700mm.


Camlok Drum Tongs in 600mm - 900mm Diameter.

This is designed for the safe transportation of drums in the horizontal position. The level is designed to be pulled upwards which will close the tongs, it is fitted with a manually operated hold-open lever.

This is suitable for drums with lengths ranging from 600mm to 900mm and a WLL of 500kg.

Camlok Scissor Drum Grab. The DBV Grab is designed to lift and transport steel or plastic drums in the vertical position. The “V” shaped jaws are lined with hard wearing rubber ribbed pads, thus ensuring the drum is gripped firmly when being lifted. The jaws support pivot and remain vertical when lifting. Gripping diameters of 400-600mm. The grab can be fitted with an automatic open close device enabling the operator to stack drums remotely from floor level. The grab can be designed to suit other drum diameters.

Camlok Drum Turning Grab Suitable for Drums 400mm to 600mm Diameter.

The DBT is designed to lift drums in the vertical position and turn them through 90 degrees to the horizontal position. It can be used to tip containers to 180 degrees but it must be returned to its original position to place the drum down. The “V” shaped jaws are lined with hard wearing rubber pads. The grab is fitted with adjustable height legs supported on plastic rollers. The swivelling jaws are fitted with long handles to aid the operation when turning the drum.

The Camlok DCV500 clamp is designed to lift mild steel drums in the vertical position. A single clamp can be used to lift a drum with or without a lid. The clamp automatically grips the rim of the drum when the hook ring is lifted.

Coil Turning Hooks, Camlok TCS.

The TCS Coil Turning Hook is a universal C hook, incorporating a tipping feature which allows the coil to be lifted or lowered, whether the coil is flat or upright. The tipping device also serves the purpose of preventing accidental slipping of the load during transport.

Coil Handler C-Hook, Camlok TCK.

The Camlok TCK is designed for lifting and handling pipe sections, coils, rolls and rings etc. in the horizontal position. If collared pipes are to be lifted adjust the balance accordingly. Never try lift a load longer than the length and Mac working load specified.

Camlok TCK coil handler C-hook are available in the following sizes - 500kg, 1000kg, 2000kg, 3000kg, 5000kg, 7500kg, 10,000kg.

Camlok Non-Marking Board Clamp for Lifting Boards Between 5 & 150mm (various size options).

Camlok Roller Toe Horizontal Plate Lifting Clamps.

This range of horizontal plate clamps has been designed, to be used in pairs, for the horizontal transporting of individual and bundled plate. Whilst the basic design is the same, there are three different versions available.

RH Series - This range is fitted with a steel roller for reduced marking of the plates.
WH Series - The jaw is this range has hardened steel teeth for applications where the marking of plates is not an issue.
WHL Series - With a protective rubber lining on the jaw and the toe plate, this range totally eliminates any risk of marking.

Camlok Twin Jaw plate lifting clamp, specially designed for lifting steel plates.

The Twin Jaw Range of Clamps from Camlok have been designed specifically for lifting steel plates. The main difference between these and the single jaw clamps is that the TJC has a unique twin moving jaw arrangement. This Design means the TJC can be used in applications where a larger jaw capacity is required, with a low minimum weight.

Camlok MRC series multi rail clamp for the handling of 3 to 12 rails. Camlok MRC Rail Grabs have been designed for the quick and simple bulk handling of ALL rail sections. The features of the MRC are similar to those of the MR, but this unit has the benefit of having interchangeable modular designed comb sections. Various Combs to suit specific rail sections may be combined with the same scissor mechanism. Alternative comb sections are to be requested on order.

An additional feature of the MRC is that it is possible to fit the grab with an automatic opening/closing device that automatically engages the rail when lifted from its resting position on top of the rails.

Camlok Hand Grip Clamp's are suited to the individual transport of light and thin plates. It has a jaw capacity of up to 10mm, and can lift up to 250kg. The Unit itself weighs only 1.4kg.

Non-Marking Plate Clamp.

The LJ range of clamps is specifically designed to lift plates without marking or damaging the surface finish. The clamp is suitable for lifting various types of plate materials. eg. - steel, timber etc. The clamp is particularly suitable for lifting thin gauge steel plate, aluminium and stainless steel. Self Balance Crane Forks.

A Crane fork effectively converts a hoist or overhead crane into a pallet moving tool, in some circumstances replacing a fork truck though also has many applications where a fork truck cannot be operated due to a lack of floor space. These crane forks are equipped with adjustable tines, height adjustable and an automatic balancing system. Crane forks with automatic balancing tend to point their tines upward when being transported. This prevents the load from unintentionally slipping off the tines.

Manually Balancing Crane Slung Lifting Forks.

Manual positioning of the fitting eye is required by the user to ensure the load is level and safe though there is no minimum SWL as there is with automatic balance crane forks. We also offer the same basic design an Auto Balance; in other words no manual intervention is required to level the load. A crane fork is a lifting device used to adapt an overhead crane into a system for safely handling pallets.

Multi Rail lifting grabs for handling from 3 to 12 rails (various size options). Recommended for use in pairs. Camlok Multi Rail Clamps are used for the fast bulk handling of a specific rail section. The section are locked into place with swivelling feet which locate under the rail-heads and top clamp body, that rotate, pressing a hard rubber lined beam onto the top of the rail head. The rubber lined contact beam prevents damage and marking to the rail heads. It is recommended that you use a pair of these clamps, at centres of 50 to 60% of rail length for rails of up to 20m long. For rails above 20m, three clamps at centre distance 65 to 75% of rail length must be used.

Single rail lifting clamp designed to lift and transfer single rails securely and safely. The CR rail clamps are designed to lift single rails securely and safely.
