Construction
Excellent design and manufacturing: high in quality, reliability and safety.
The main beam is comprised of a horizontal member fabricated from rolled steel section, fitted with end plates and cheek plates suitable for connection to the rolled hollow steel leg sections.
Each ‘A’ frame leg section is fitted at the base with a bolt-on tie connection.
The mobile gantry crane is carried on four swivelling polyurethane tyred castors each fitted with a toe operated wheel lock meaning the system can be moved between different workstations as required making this mobile gantry crane a versatile lifting solution for a range of applications.
Important: This crane is designed for static loading only and is not suitable for moving under load.
Finish
Steelwork has one coat of primer/undercoat and one top coat of best quality paint.
The standard finish colour is Red to BS 4800 04-E-53, but a wide variety of colours can be provided upon request.
The crane is marked with highly visible safe working load plates.
