Mobile and Fixed Steel A-frame Gantry Cranes, Capacities from 125kg to 10.0 Tonne

Easy assembly mobile and fixed option A-frame gantry cranes suitable for various applications and workplaces. The mobile gantries are not moveable under load. The fixed version is where the crane is bolted directly to a concrete floor for added stability.

Prices cover various span / height / SWL variations but we also offer bespoke cranes that can be custom built to almost any size and any capacity to suit you requirements.

Construction

• Excellent design and manufacturing: high in quality, reliability and safety.
• The main beam is comprised of a horizontal member fabricated from rolled steel section, fitted with end plates and cheek plates suitable for connection to the rolled hollow steel leg sections.
• Each ‘A’ frame leg section is fitted at the base with a bolt-on tie connection.
• The mobile gantry crane is carried on four swivelling polyurethane tyred castors each fitted with a toe operated wheel lock meaning the system can be moved between different workstations as required making this mobile gantry crane a versatile lifting solution for a range of applications.
• Important: This crane is designed for static loading only and is not suitable for moving under load.

Finish

• Steelwork has one coat of primer/undercoat and one top coat of best quality paint.
• The standard finish colour is Red to BS 4800 04-E-53, but a wide variety of colours can be provided upon request.
• The crane is marked with highly visible safe working load plates.
