Mobilus by Vetter is a mobile slewing jib crane featuring a capacity ranging from 125kg to 1000kg and an outreach of up to 6m.
Mobilus has been designed for flexible use as a crane assisting in the feeding of machines, for temporary maintenance and repair, or as flexible means at assembly lines, workshops, machine shops or wherever you need it.
Thanks to the counterweight integrated into the crane base, Mobilus is completely independent. No foundations or anchorage dowels are required, these jib cranes can be used wherever they may be needed and can quickly and easily be moved between jobs / workstations due to the versatile transport possibilities - the jib can be moved by either crane trolley, forklift or overhead crane (all optional).
Why buy multiple jibs when one will do the job? These quality portable swing jib cranes are manufactured in Germany, because all the cranes offered are made to order we can supply bespoke options to our customer's specific requirements and capacities (within limits).
Ready for use right away wherever it is needed.
Can be transported by bridge crane, forklift truck or manual trolley (like a hand pallet truck)
Ideal for use in rented / leased buildings as there is no damage to floor

Commissioning
At its destination, Mobilus can be commissioned quickly and easily:
Align the crane horizontally using the integrated 4 adjustment screws.
If an electric supply is required, the crane must be connected to the power supply with the plug connection
The Mobilus is ready for use... Easy!
Flexible Counter weight
If in future a higher capacity or outreach is required, that is not a problem - the counter weight integrated into the Mobilus base grows with your requirements. Thanks to the modular design further concrete rings can be added within the maximum parameters and a new bigger crane can be fastened by screws.

The Mobilus counterweight base provides different transport options and easy installation...
Forklift pockets Galvanised forklift pockets are provided for lifting and transporting by means of a forklift truck.
Crane Trolley with Coupling The crane trolley with a drawbar enables manual traversing.
Lifting Lugs Using the lifting lugs, an overhead crane can move Mobilus safely to its new place of use.
Towing Coupling By retrofitting the coupling, Mobilus can be pulled by a forklift truck.
Accessories
Round cable Power Supply: Power lead by cable loop, consisting of round cable and cable supporting tube to be mounted on the jib arm. Pendant control fixed to the hoist. Suitable for an outreach up to 3-5m (Depending on the jib clearance of the jib arm).
Round cable trailing system Power Supply: Favourable power supply, consisting of round cable, cable trolleys, tensioning rope and suspension arms to fix the supply to the jib arm. Pendant control fixed to the hoist. Recommended for outreaches from 3-10 m (Depending on the jib clearance of the jib arm). Surface Finish: Paint system for indoor use.
Pain finish: Cranes intended to be used indoors are steel grit blasted and provided with a high-quality coating based on corrosion category C2. It is suitable for minor atmospheric stress. The standard colour is daffodil yellow (RAL 1007) with a nominal layer thickness of 80 µm. Concrete elements without coating. Other RAL shades, corrosion categories, and layer thicknesses are available as an option.
Slewing limit stop: Thanks to the optional slewing limit stops (either locking the arm in one position or multiple positions), the Mobilus workspace can be adjusted effortlessly.
