G291 Series Eye Bolts from Crosby

Crosby G291 Regular Nut Eye Bolts are high-quality forged steel lifting eye bolts designed for reliable lifting and rigging applications where an in-line pull is required. Manufactured from quenched and tempered forged steel, these Crosby eye bolts feature a long shank and hot-dip galvanised finish for improved durability and corrosion resistance. Available in a range of sizes from 1/4" to 1-1/4", the G291 range provides Working Load Limits from 290kg to 9,520kg, making these regular nut eye bolts suitable for a variety of professional lifting applications.

Crosby Lifting Eye Bolts for Rigging Applications

The Crosby G291 lifting eye bolts are fatigue rated to 1.5 times the Working Load Limit for 20,000 cycles and are supplied with hot dip galvanised hex nuts. Designed and manufactured to meet or exceed the applicable requirements of ASME B30.26, these Crosby regular nut eye bolts provide dependable performance, with requirements covering factors including identification, ductility, design factor, proof load and temperature. For applications requiring trusted lifting and rigging components, Crosby G291 eye bolts offer a robust and durable solution.

Key Features

Forged Steel - Quenched and Tempered.
Long shank.
Fatigue-rated at 1-1/2 times the Working Load Limit at 20,000 cycles.
All bolts hot-dip galvanised after threading (UNC).
Furnished with standard hot-dip galvanised hex nuts.
Recommended for in-line pull.
Meets or exceeds all requirements of ASME B30.26 including identification, ductility,design factor, proof load and temperature requirements. Importantly, these bolts meet other critical performance requirements including fatigue life, impact properties and material traceability, not addressed by ASME B30.26.
