Top quality EU manufactured height and length adjustable lightweight aluminium lifting gantries; this is our fixed feet version - without Castor's and not movable under load.
The gantry has vertical adjustment in two positions, at the extremity legs and at the central vertical column giving a wide adjustable range and also the ability to adjust each individual leg to maintain a level top beam for use on uneven ground. The unique design also enables horizontal adjustment; quickly and infinitely adjustable.
The aluminium gantry crane can be erected and dismantled in a very short time and with relatively little effort. No structural modifications (e.g. dowel fastenings or similar) are necessary. A lightweight construction, with extremely high stability. The height of the four adjustable feet can be set individually and independently of each other and thus optimally adapted to the local conditions. Absolute stability for all load applications.
Each of the legs / vertical supports collapses, and the top beam splits into two pieces for ease of transportation making the gantry easily handled and moved by the user.
The gantry is supplied as standard with a braked load trolley (locked and unlocked with a green/red pull cord) that is supported on the 'box section' top lifting beam, the trolley is low headroom design providing a smooth and safe means of traversing a load.

Components of One Gantry System
One Aluminium Top Beam
Separable/pluggable aluminium beam.
The aluminium beam can be taken apart, e.g., for transport or storage purposes, and is therefore extremely space-saving.
The aluminium beam is relatively light, mobile, quick, and easy to assemble.
One of the two pieces can be used as a single beam (the one with the sleeve).
Two Lateral Stands
With height adjustable beam support - distance between holes 50mm
With two height adjustable adjustment feet - distance between holes 40mm
The lateral stands can be folded up effortlessly and can therefore be stowed, stored, and transported in a space-saving manner.
One Integrated Horizontal Adjuster (Two on the 5 and 7 metre systems) and Two Bump Stops (one at each end of the gantry)
Through the use of the horizontal adjuster the usable length of the aluminium Gantry Crane can be adjusted smoothly between the two lateral stands.
The running track width of the aluminium beam is variable.
This guarantees a higher level of flexibility for the user.
One Fixable Park Brake Trolley
The trolley is used to hold the chain hoist or alternatively the
lifting straps.
Even under full load, the trolley is infinitely adjustable and can be locked in any position.
Split Top Beams
All top beams are supplied as two-part beams as standard.
A 4-metre beam would be split at 2 metres (2m + 2m), a 5-metre top beam would be a 3 metres + 2-metre split, 6 metres at 3 metres + 3 metres, 7 metres at 3 metres + 4 metres and an 8-metre top beam would be split at 4 metres (4m + 4m). Due to this unique split top beam design, the 5-metre system can be used as with the full 5-metre beam or with the two metre section, or the 3-metre section alone, which means the system could potentially be suitable for a wider variety of applications (e.g. in a smaller room for example, where a 5 metre beam would just not fit). Like this, the same is of the 7-metre system, with 3m, 4m and 7m configurations possible. This is due to the 5-metre and 7-metre systems having horizonal adjusters at both ends. 4 metre, 6 metre and 8 metre systems only have one end with a horizontal adjuster as standard (because the beam split is equal for both sections), so too would be capable of configuration with only 1 section of the two-part beam (2m, 3m, 4m retrospectively).
The split beam design also allows for easier transportation (it can fit in smaller vehicles) and storage.
Upon special request, top beam can be split different to the standard, as an example, a 6-metre system can be supplied with a 2m+4m split and two horizontal adjuster legs to allow 2m, 4m and 6m configurations.
The maximum beam section length available is 4 metres, so also on special request, 4 metre systems can be supplied with a single piece top beam.
