The RGK11 is a large gate opening, aluminium captive eye safety hook, normally fitted to fall arrest lanyards for quick clipping onto scaffold or steel structures.
The double action snap closure on this device means that it cannot be accidentally opened but allows a quick operation. Similar to the RGK5 & RGK6, but benefits from it’s lighter weight and is often used on twin lanyards.
For the ANSI approved equivalent with an increased gate strength, see the RGK88 scaffold hook, but please also note the increase in weight.
