Split Top Beam

Separable aluminium top beam, to enable ease of transportation due to smaller lengths and weights making manual handling less of an issue. Being seperable / split means that it can also be packed away into a smaller space or fitted into the back of a van for movement between sites.

Wall Bracket

Designed to fix one end of the beam to a wall.

Wheel Kits - spring loaded (not for movement under load)

Wheel kit for stationary Gantry Cranes:
The advantage of the wheel kits is that you have the stability of a stationary gantry crane combined with the flexibility to move the crane to another position. E.g. the crane will be used in a factory building and when needed in more than just one spot they can move the crane to the area that they need to do further work. As soon as load is applied to the crane the frame around the casters will be pushed onto the floor and the crane will rest on this frame and no longer on the castors. As soon as the load is taken off the gantry the crane will raise slightly once more making the gantry mobile so that it can be moved to the next working area. Without that wheel kit the crane would need to be disassembled for transport to the next working area or manually carried.

This wheel kit facilitates the moving of the assembled gantry crane, without load. (not under load)

• The spring mounted guide rolls allow the crane's lateral stands to rest directly on the supports when under greater loads.
• The leg and forks construction permits the lateral stands to remain upright when assembling and dis-assembling the crane.
• The fork legs are individually height adjustable.
• 1 wheel kit = 4 x castors (forked supports)

Wheel Kit - Polyurethane Lining

Attention:

- When using this wheel kit together with this aluminium gantry crane the minimum suspension point at the trolley pin is increased by 360mm and the maximum suspension point at the trolley pin is increases by 160mm.

- The adjustment range of the wheel kit legs is 200mm.

Wheel Kit - Polyurethane Foam Tyres

Attention:

- When using this wheel kit together with this aluminium gantry crane the minimum suspension point at the trolley pin is increased by 400mm and the maximum suspension point at the trolley pin is increases by 200mm.

- The adjustment range of the wheel kit legs is 200mm.

Crane Transporter

Designed to transport this type of gantry crane around from location to location whilst packed away reducing manual effort.

If the assembly site cannot be directly reached by vehicle, the easy handling of the crane transporter makes it possible to transport the gantry crane conveniently over distance.

Where the crane is used adjacent to the site you can do without a vehicle altogether.

The accessories of the crane can also be safely carried on the crane transporter.

Gantry for Man-riding Applications

• All the Aluminium Lifting Gantries in this range can be supplied certified for manriding, fall arrest and rescue applications
• For persons working at height or in confined spaces.
• We can supply fitted with a fall arrest inertia reel or / and manriding / rescue winch.
• As you can see on the image to the right the winch options are fitted to the vertical upright then the cable is reeved over two fixed pulley wheels so that the hook can be lowered directly above the person.

Wire Rope Lifting Hoist

• Using the same principle as above we can also supply the lifting gantry with a wire rope lifting hoist fitted (electric or pneumatic). 
• By deflection of the wire rope over two pulley wheels you can create maximum height of lift.
• Lifting position on the top beam is adjustable to any required position.
