The Lightweight C-Profile Mobile Gantry is a versatile and cost-effective lifting solution, ideal for workshops, warehouses, maintenance facilities and manufacturing environments where occasional or light-duty lifting is required. Designed for safe and efficient material handling, these mobile gantry cranes are available in 500kg, 1000kg, 1600kg and 2000kg capacities, with a choice of spans from 2 to 5 metres and under-beam heights from 2 to 3.5 metres, allowing you to select a configuration that best suits your application.
Built with a durable carbon steel C-profile runway and mounted on heavy-duty castors for easy positioning, these gantries can be supplied with manual, electric or pneumatic hoists to create a complete lifting system.
Please note that this model is designed for positioning when unloaded only and is not intended to be moved while supporting a suspended load.

Alternative Gantry Systems
A good alternative to our steel gantry cranes is our mobile lightweight aluminium gantry systems that also have additional features, like being adjustable in height and width. They can be supplied with castors or with flat feet; with flat feet, the feet also offer additional height adjustment that isn't possible if the gantry is fitted with castors. We even have some models available that have been specifically designed to be movable under load.
