The Multisec Adjustable H-Frame is a versatile adjustable lifting frame designed for heavy-duty lifting applications where load dimensions, lifting centres and handling requirements can vary. Its adaptable design makes it suitable for low-headroom lifting, large loads and irregularly shaped equipment where a fixed lifting frame may not provide the flexibility required.
Available in 3, 5, 10 and 15 tonne Working Load Limit (WLL) options, the adjustable H-frame can be configured to suit a wide range of lifting applications. Both the main beam and transverse beams can be adjusted to accommodate different load dimensions, allowing the same lifting frame to be used across multiple lifting operations.
Unlike a fixed lifting frame designed around a specific load geometry, the Multisec Adjustable H-Frame can be adjusted in both length and width. The main beams can be adjusted from 1.5m to 6m (model dependent), while the transverse beams provide adjustment from 1m to 4m (model dependent). This allows the lifting points and overall frame dimensions to be configured to suit the load being handled.
The flexibility of the adjustable lifting frame makes it suitable for a variety of demanding applications, including lifting fabricated structures, equipment skids, machinery, precast concrete units and irregular or oversized loads. The ability to change the frame configuration between lifts provides a practical alternative to using multiple fixed lifting frames for different load sizes.
Designed for heavy lifting and low-headroom applications, the Multisec Adjustable H-Frame provides a flexible lifting solution where load dimensions and lifting arrangements are not consistent from one operation to the next. The range of WLL options and extensive beam adjustment make it suitable for a wide variety of industrial lifting and handling requirements.
