- Grade 10 Master Link to EN1677-4 for Grade 8/10 Chain Slings
William Hackett Hack10 Master Ring
The Hack10 master link is a fundamental component of any Hack10 chain sling assembly, serving as the primary connection between the sling legs and the lifting device. It is used in both single-leg and two-leg chain slings and also forms part of a Hack10 sub-assembly for three- and four-leg sling configurations. Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, the Hack10 master link provides 25% greater strength than an equivalent Grade 8 component, enabling a higher working load limit without increasing link diameter.
Key Features
- Manufactured from alloy steel.
- Designed and manufactured in accordance with EN1677-1, ASTM A952/A952M, and DIN PAS 1061 and suitable for use in chain slings certified to EN818-4.
- Individually proof load tested to 2.5 times working load limit in accordance with EN1677.
- Only components fully compliant with all aspects of EN1677 can be used in chain slings certified to EN818-4.
- suitable for use in a temperature range of -40°C up to 200°C without reduction in working load limit.
