ACHC6 Mini Hoist for Confined Spaces

The ACHC6 Mini Hoist is a compact and robust lifting solution designed for confined space operations where a low-headroom design is essential. With a direct hook-mounted configuration and an extremely compact design, this mini chain block is suitable for applications where available working space is limited. The heavy-duty aluminium casing, sealed gear and brake assembly, high-performance marine grease and standard overload limiter provide a durable configuration for demanding lifting applications.

Compact Low Headroom Chain Hoist

Available in 0.25 tonne and 0.5 tonne capacities, the ACHC6 provides a lightweight and compact alternative for applications requiring reliable manual lifting equipment. The low headroom hoist features RFID technology as standard, batch-coded load-bearing components for traceability and a sintered brake for increased efficiency. A locking mechanism and heavy-duty butterfly latch kits are also fitted as standard. The ACHC6 is designed and manufactured in accordance with BS EN 13155:2020 and has a 4:1 factor of safety, with a stated operating temperature range of -20°C to 120°C.
