Camlok Steel Beam Lifting / Suspension Clamps - To Suit UB, RSJ, I Section or H Section

Camlok girder section lifting and turning clamps with jaw sizes from 0 - 50mm. Camlok series of CG general purpose clamps can be used on rolled steel joists, beams, fabrications and RSJ's up to a surface hardness of 300 Brinell. This clamp can lift and turn girders through 90° and has been designed to meet the requirements of the heavy steel industry. It incorporates a positive lock on to one of the uppermost edges, which will allow the beam to be set down with the web or flange vertical. For longer girders, fabrications and welded structures two clamps and a lifting beam may be required.
Camlok Girder Section Lifting Clamp for 5 - 28mm jaw size. The TTR Series of Clamps have been designed to lift and transport structural steel beams in the horizontal position i.e. with the flanges in the vertical position. The clamp is designed with the hook ring as near as to the centre of gravity of the beam as possible, thus resulting in a near horizontal lift. Long beams should be lifted using 2 clamps attached to opposite beam flanges. The clamp is fitted with a Camlok spring/cam operated safety lock.

The TTG Girder Clamp is designed to lift and transport structural steel beams in the vertical position i.e with the flanges in the horizontal position. The clamp is fitted with a Camlok spring operated safety lock and is operated by pulling the locking handle upwards. Long beams should be lifted with two clamps attached on opposite beam flanges, the clamps supported from a lifting beam.

The TTG is ideal for lifting and transporting structural steel beams and girders. Long beams can be lifted using 2 clamps attached to opposite beam flanges. The clamp is fitted with a Camlok spring / cam operated safety lock.

 

Camlok Beam Clamp with Shackle and Swivel Jaw. Fitted with swivelling jaws that provide a positive grip on the bottom flange of rolled steel joists. Jaw automatically rotates into the horizontal position ensuring the full width of the jaw is in contact with the flanges.
