Electric Travel Trolley
The electrically movable trolley is designed for lifting, lowering and horizontally moving loads on the aluminium gantry crane.
The configuration consists of an electric chain hoist with an electrically movable trolley, including cabling and power supply.
The system enables precise and controlled load travel and supports ergonomic working processes in daily operation.
Operation is carried out via the pendant control of the electric chain hoist. All functions, including lifting, lowering and trolley travel, can be controlled directly and in a user-friendly manner.
The electrically movable trolley is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. All electrical components are designed for mobile operation under normal operating conditions.
The aluminium gantry crane is supplied ready for connection and operation. The standard trolley of the aluminium gantry crane is omitted when the electrically movable version is ordered.
Please note: The overall height of the assembled aluminium gantry crane increases by 146 mm.
Split Top Beam
Separable aluminium top beam, to enable ease of transportation due to smaller lengths and weights, making manual handling less of an issue. Being separable / split means that it can also be packed away into a smaller space or fitted into the back of a van for movement between sites.
Wall Bracket
Designed to fix one end of the beam to a wall.
Weight: 8kg.
Crane Transporter
Designed to transport this type of gantry crane around from location to location whilst packed away, reducing manual effort.
If the assembly site cannot be directly reached by vehicle, the easy handling of the crane transporter makes it possible to transport the gantry crane conveniently over a distance.
Where the crane is used adjacent to the site, you can do without a vehicle altogether.
The accessories of the crane can also be safely carried on the crane transporter.
Weight: 30kg (small and medium cranes), 32kg (high cranes).

Hand Winch

Gantry for Man-riding Applications
- All the Aluminium Lifting Gantries in this range can be supplied certified for manriding, fall arrest and rescue applications
- For persons working at height or in confined spaces.
- We can supply fitted with a fall arrest inertia reel and/or manriding / rescue winch.
- As you can see in the image to the right, the winch options are fitted to the vertical upright, then the cable is reeved over two fixed pulley wheels so that the hook can be lowered directly above the person.
Wire Rope Lifting Hoist
- Using the same principle as above, we can also supply the lifting gantry with a wire rope lifting hoist fitted (electric or pneumatic).
- By deflection of the wire rope over two pulley wheels, you can create the maximum height of lift.
- The lifting position on the top beam is adjustable to any required position.
