The L6 lever hoist from ALR (Atlas Lifting and Rigging) is engineered for demanding lifting and pulling applications, combining robust construction with advanced safety features for reliable performance in industrial environments. Heavy-duty reinforced cast-steel safety latches on both the top and bottom hooks provide a secure and positive closure, while clearly visible overload indicators and traceability markings support compliance, inspection, and asset management requirements. The hook housings are secured using bolt-and-nut assemblies, allowing full inspection access for maintenance and servicing. Designed for versatility, the lever hoist is suitable for cross-hauling and fleeting applications up to 60° from the vertical without reducing the working load limit.

Built for durability and long service life, the lever hoist is fitted with a Grade 80 alloy steel load chain compliant with EN818-7 and protected with a zinc finish for enhanced corrosion resistance. Optional upgrades include an overload limiter, ball-bearing hooks, and adaptor fittings to support a wide range of lifting configurations. Operating effectively within a temperature range of -20°C to +120°C, the lever hoist delivers dependable performance across challenging working conditions. Additional specifications include a 2% light load rating, a 4:1 safety factor, and proof load testing at 1.5 times the working load limit. The lever hoist also complies with major international standards, including BS EN13157:2004 + A1:2009, ASME B30.16-2014, AS1418.2-1997, SANS 1594:2007, and NORSOK R-002:2017.
