Hoist Features

• Capacities available: 80kg, 160kg, 230kg or 300kg.
• Lightweight and compact design for easy handling and installation.
• 10 metre plug-in pendant control (IP65 rated) with up, down & emergency stop.
• 360° weighted swivel hook with safety catch.
• Automatic upper limit switch - When the rope disc touches the limit arm, hoisting is automatically stopped.
• The dynamic and mechanical brake provides instant, safe braking.
• Operates on standard 240V household power supply (110V version - via transformer).
• The reverse winding limiter prevents the wire rope from being wound back into the casing in reverse.
• Supplied with non-spin galvanised wire rope.
• Spring-loaded safety lock for secure attachment to the scaffold.
• 5 metre power lead with a commercial type 3 pin plug for either 240v or 110v models.
• Motor rating IP44, brush-type motor.
• Fully compliant with EN 14492-2 Hoists Directive.
• Ensure that the fixing points for these hoists are capable of supporting the loads required.
• 5 wraps of wire rope must be maintained on the drum.
• Optional: Scaffold-supported jib arm with 180° rotation. Load tested to 230kg (not available for 300kg scaffold hoist)
• Optional: Pendant control extension - plug in for an additional 10 metre length

Important: These hoists MUST NOT be used for the movement of personnel, and 5 wraps of wire rope must be maintained on the drum.
