Cromox® Pump Chain CPK - Grade 60 Stainless Steel Pump Lifting Chain

The Cromox pump chain CPK is a premium grade 60 pump chain designed for the safe lifting and lowering of submersible pumps in corrosive and demanding environments. Manufactured from high-strength stainless steel, the Cromox stainless steel pump chain delivers excellent corrosion resistance, long service life and full compliance with lifting regulations.

Ideal for wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations and water industry applications, the Cromox pump lifting chain is engineered for reliability where standard carbon steel chains are unsuitable.

Cromox Pump Lifting Chain

The Cromox pump chain is manufactured from stainless steel Grade 60, combining high working load limits with superior resistance to corrosion. Each Cromox pump lifting chain is supplied as a certified lifting assembly and features lifting points (master links) positioned at regular intervals to allow controlled and indexed lifting of submersible pumps.

Every Cromox stainless steel pump chain is proof load tested and fully traceable, making it suitable for permanent installation in aggressive environments such as sewage and wastewater systems.

According to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and LEEA 069-2 specification for stainless steel submersible pump lifting chains.
Cromox grade 6 pump chains will support written schemes of extended examination periods in accordance with LEEA 069-1 Guidance document.

Indexed Lifting Points

Master links fitted at approximately 1-metre intervals (see L1 and L2 dimensions above). 22mm and 26mm are approx. 2 metres between master links.
