Niko Scaffolding Runway System

The Scaffold Runway System is unique to Niko Ltd and provides a solution for lifting and moving loads throughout a scaffolding support structure.

System Features

• The Niko track clamps are designed to fix directly to an existing scaffold structure, creating a runway beam on your existing scaffolding.
• Lift (lifting device not included as standard) and move loads up to 2000kg
• Cantilever the beam over the end of the scaffolding
• Available in straight and curved sections (curved sections are not available for 2000kg systems). For available track bends, see the 'Track bends' PDF on the downloads tab or contact us for more details.
• Change the direction of the runway with junction switches
• Can be used to suspend a bridge from 2 runways to create a crane system
• Supplied in kit form for ease of installation, extension and relocation
• 1.5m maximum distance between support points (less for higher capacity systems - See product range table below)
• 0.5m maximum unsupported cantilever distance (less for higher capacity systems - See product range table below)
• The system must be installed in accordance with Niko Scaffolding Runway Handbook - See downloads tab above.

Each Runway Kit Includes

• Niko track (supplied in 3m lengths). As standard, straight runway beams only. Please contact us for more information if track sections with a bend are required.
• Joints (as required by system length)
• Intermediate beam support brackets (as required by system length), to be located in the centre of every track length and at either end of every system
• One load trolley to suspend a hoist from (hoist not included). For multiple trolleys, please get in touch.
• End stops and ultimate stop cross bolts are at either end of the runway system.
