These Mauser drum grabs (for either single or twin drums) are suitable for handling open-top plastic 'egg-shaped' (with the base diameter being smaller than the drum diameter) drums.
Fully automatic in operation, the drum grab grips the drum at the base, and when lifted, the weight holds the drum in place. The drum is released when set on the floor or pallet, arms on the drum grab spring open when withdrawn. The attachment is safely secured to the forklift truck tines with zinc-plated 'T' screws.
This drum grab is designed only for the lifting and handling of the no.4 shown below, Mauser drums.
