Camlok Groundwork & Construction Lifting Clamps

The Camlok CP is designed specifically for pitching sheet steel piling, it is NOT designed to extract a driven pile. A rope is fitted for easy release from the ground.

 

Camlok PH Series Pipe Hooks are used in pairs to handle pipe / tubes etc.  Available with 2 legged chain slings and / or polyurethane coated Type A, 60 to 90 degrees Type B, 90 to 120 degrees. They are manufactured from special high tensile steel

SWL (safe working load) options available: 2 tonnes, 4 tonnes, 6 tonnes, 8 tonnes and 10 tonnes.

Camlock pipe grabs are designed to handle concrete tubes, pipes and rolls etc. the jaws can be fitted with plastic or rubber lined pads. They are fitted with an automatic open / close device. Minimizes trench width allowing fast installation of load.

It is designed for lifting and handling of pipe sections in the horizontal position. Fitted with spring balance, adjustable end stop and chain. The end stop ensures correct positioning of load, safety chain ensures protection for the load and for the operator.

 

The Camlok BTG clamp is designed to vertically lift and position concrete manhole pipes. The clamps can be adjusted to different wall thicknesses using the adjusting pin and the holes inside the clamping arms. The BTG concrete pipe clamp is designed to vertically lift and position concrete manhole pipes. The clamps can be adjusted to different wall thicknesses using the adjusting pin and the holes inside the clamping arm. The clamps can be used in pairs with 2 leg chain slings or with 3 clamps and a 3 leg chain sling for larger diameters, providing they are attached in a way that the load is evenly distributed. Use of the BTG clamp enables the manhole trench size to be minimized and facilitates accurate pipe positioning.

The Camlok PP is designed to pull out driven piles and/or trench shielding; it is recommended that it is used with a load indicator or load cell. A narrow opening and deep slot ensures a firm grip. This comes as standard with a double locking mechanism. Designed to pull out driven piles and/or trench shielding.

 

These grabs operate in a scissor action and have swivelling jaws to allow parallel lifting. They are designed to handle objects with square parallel edges such as stone/concrete blocks. They have the option of manual or automatic latching.

Grab Features: Rubber pads will only restrict the material from slipping if the material is free from oil, dirt etc; supplied as standard with large rubber pads

 

Available in three versions for handling, cylindrical and rectangular hollow loads and a range of optional jaw linings.

This grab is fitted with a lock to secure the spring-loaded arm. The large handle makes it easy to carry by hand. It can be designed for any working load limit and with jaw width capacity to suit customer requirements. It is fitted with plastic pads for efficient grip and to prevent damage to the load. Designed for picking up kerbstones, blocks etc.

The TRU round stock scissor grab is designed to lift and handle material such as tubes, pipes, rolls of plastic and roofing felt. The jaws can be fitted with plastic or rubber lined pads to minimise marking of sensitive surface materials; the lining also helps prevent items slipping if the grab has not been positioned correctly. The TRU is fitted with a manually operated pawl that locks the grab in the open position. Grabs can be fitted with an automatic open/close device for remote operation.
