The Gebuwin range of hand driven worm gear winches are known for their robust construction. This range of winches are used for both hoisting and pulling of loads. These worm gear winches are equipped with a cable drum free spool, making it possible for the cable to be easily pulled from the drum, due to the fact that the cable drum can be detached from the transmission.

The winches are equipped with a load pressure brake. This brake holds the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering. The worm gear winches are more safe than the spur gear winches, due to the fact that 50% of the braking is done by the friction loss in the transmission. Subsequently, the load on the pressure brake is greatly reduced. Due to the higher friction loss in the transmission, the worm gear winches have a lower performance efficiency than the spur gear winches

The hoisting capacity of the winch is 200kg which is calculated according to the first cable layer on the cable drum. The closed worm gear box has a transmission with a self braking capacity. This self braking capacity ensures a hold of the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering.

All rotating parts run in maintenance free bearings. The winch can be wall mounted or console mounted, and is available in grey/black paint.

This pneumatic auxiliary motor and electrical auxiliary motors are intended as an alternative to the manual drive and are only used for brief and non-frequent usage. The combination of manual winch and electrical or pneumatic auxiliary motor is not an alternative to an electrical driven winch.

Manual geared winches may be used for lifting or pulling a load and are available in two versions: one model with spur gearing and one with worm gearing. The cable is wound onto the drum by turning the crank. There is an automatic ratchet brake with stainless steel spring on both series and it's weather resistant with highly robust chassis and treated mechanical parts. There's also a safety device to prevent release of the machine when under load. Adjustable handle length.

Tractel Manriding Tirfor cable hoist certified for lifting people. This range of man-riding certified Tirfors are available in three different sizes, 600kg, 1200kg and 2400kg capacity. The capacity selected will be to suit the lifting platform in which they are to be used and the number of people/tools and equipment to be lifted. The Tirfor® Principle - A Tirfor® has neither wheels nor gears. Two jaws alternately pull the wire rope and the load in the required direction, just like pulling on a rope with both hands. The jaws are self clamping, proving immediate and gradual safety. The heavier the load , the tighter they clamp. A release mechanism allows the wire rope to be inserted between the jaws.

Features: Constant control of the load during lifting and lowering with accuracy to within one millimetre, when stationary the load is automatically distributed between the two jaw units, overload safety device, TU range approved for lifting personnel in most countries.

When lifting, the rope sling locks itself around the ring thanks to a round turn and the polyurethane coated pads will engage and grip the inner wall.

Pulley blocks, hinged, with single steel sheave capacity 1000 - 6400 kg. One side of the Yale pulley blocks is hinged and can be opened for easy and quick positioning of the wire rope on the sheave. It can also provide a quick and versatile rigging point or redirect a wire rope.
