Pfaff Electric Wire Rope Winch, for lifting, towing and positioning of loads.

The electric wire rope winch BETA SL in its standard design works permanently reliably due to enclosed worm gear pairs or spur gears with high-quality brake motors. Available with a contactor control system including a gear limit switch.

Product Features

  • Maintenance-free worm gear pairs or low-maintenance spur gear with milled and ground gears - running in oil bath.
  • Very quiet running by diagonal interlock.
  • Electrically released spring-applied disk brake.
  • According to the accident prevention provisions BGV D8.
  • Range of temperature: -20°C – +40°C.
  • Powerful three-phase motor for multi-range voltage 380 – 420V / 50Hz or 440 – 460 V / 60Hz.
  • Electronic overload protection as of 1000kg lifting load.
  • Range of temperature: -20°C – +40°C.
  • Duty ratio S3 – 40%.
  • Motor protection type IP55.
  • Grooved rope drum.
  • Large wire rope capacity.
  • Contactor control 42V.
  • Gear limit switch.
  • Standard unit supplied with control panel only (NOT pendant) - ROPE NOT included.

Optional Extras

  • Rope pressure roll: Supports the tidy coiling of the rope, especially with high lifting heights.
  • Slack rope switch: Prevents unwanted uncoiling if the wire rope is not under load.
  • Control switch with 3 m control cable: Greater freedom of movement for the user, better view of the working area of the wire rope winch.
  • Frequency converter (SL 1 - SL 3): Infinitely variable rope speed controlled via potentiometer, control range 20-87 Hz (SL 3 = 20-50 Hz). The frequency converter allows loads to be moved
    gently and sensitively.
