The Crosby A347 Welded Master Link Assembly is made from alloy steel - quenched and tempered. Individually Proof load Tested. The A347 is otherwise referred to as a Quad assembly and is used in the construction of lifting chain slings. Each link has a Product Identification Code (PIC) for material traceability, along with the size and the name Crosby® or "CG". Crosby A-1343 products meet or exceed all requirements of ASME B30.26 including identification, ductility, design factor, proof load and temperature requirements. Importantly, Crosby products meet other critical performance requirements including fatigue life, impact properties and material traceability, not addressed by ASME B30.26. Available in sizes A13 through A45. Alloy steel - quenched and tempered. Design factor of 4 to 1. Individually proof tested. The Crosby A342CT Cold-Tuff Master Link Assembly is also known as a quad assembly (effectively a master rings with 2x sub masters) made from alloy steel and are quenched and tempered with all A345CT's supplied individually proof tested at 2 times the WLL, CE certified. Finish is inorganic zinc primer. COLD TUFF master links are suitable for use at - 50 F.
