The new DYNAFOR LLX range of load indicating devices are highly accurate instruments for measuring tensile forces, suitable for many applications: transport and construction industries; testing and safety organisations; monitoring lifting equipment and load-checking goods in and out. The DYNAFOR principle is the movement of a material within its elastic limit, using bonded strain gauges to give an electrical signal under strain, relative to the load applied, which is instantly displayed on the LCD.

DYNAFOR LLX load indicators use up-to-the-minute technology with micro-processor based electronics, allowing new functions and systems as standard features.

Operation and set up of the DYNAFOR are by the 3 push button controls on the front of the unit.

  • Accuracy to ± 0.2 % of capacity; reliable operation; compact and robust construction.
  • Up to 250 hours operation before battery change, with low battery indicator and automatic shutdown to save battery power.
  • 10 models: new range of capacities from 250 kg to 250 tonnes, to suit many applications and overhead travelling cranes.
  • Automatic zero of the unit when switched on.
  • Choice of unit of measurement: kg, tonnes, lbs, short tonnes, daN or kN, displayed on the LCD.
  • Peak hold facility.
  • 100 % tare, with return to total load applied.
  • Overload displayed to help prevent accidents and overloading the equipment and systems.
  • Output for connection to hand-held display or PC.
  • Ambient temperature range: –10° C to +50° C.
  • Weatherproof and dust proof: IP65.
