- These are 'Product selector pictures' and will show all the different types of products (categories) that we sell. This is simplest way to navigate our site. You may know what a product looks like though not know what it is called, simply click the correct picture.

Getting to the Correct Product

- By clicking on the 'Product selector pictures' you will be offered multi-choice options, again as pictures; follow these options to get to detailed information on specific products, including prices.
- When you have selected a product type (category) you will be offered multi-choice, the example below shows two categories:
- ‘Crosby Hooks’ - shows 22 products. You can click on the product thumbnail directly or press Click here for more details to enable an informed choice.
- ‘Crosby Swivels’ – shows 3 x sub-categories. You can click on the category thumbnail directly or press Click here for further details to enable a more informed choice.

Adding to Basket or Requesting a Quote

- As you browse our catalogue, you will notice that some items are not priced, by pressing the ‘Request Quote’ button you can request a written quotation.
- When you go to the Checkout, you will be given a number of options depending on the contents of your shopping basket; Buy Now or Request Quote.
- Even when items are priced you will still be given the opportunity request a written quote, We suggest you request a quotation for larger orders as we may be able to offer further discount.

Getting Back to Product Selector Pictures

- ‘Lifting Catalogue’ and Height Catalogue’ are the most useful navigation buttons on our site and will take you back to the pictoral product overview.

Using the Search Facility

- The search facility will offer partial and exact matches based on any search term.
- An ‘Exact Match’ is when all your searched words appear in the same order on a product within our site.
- A ‘Partial Match’ is when all of your searched words appear on a product within our site, though in a different order to your search.
- The search will not display results for products that do not contain all of the searched words.
- You can search ‘All Categories’ or a specific category by clicking the drop down box to the right of the search bar.

Main Navigation Buttons

The Red buttons are your key navigation aids and are permanently displayed at the top of each page
- Home – Home page
- Lifting Catalogue – Goes to ‘Picture Link’ options.
- Height Catalogue – Also takes you to ‘Picture Link’ options
- Login / Register – Required when requesting an ‘online quote’ or ‘online order’
- Contact Us – Contains all our contact information.
- Shopping Basket – Will only appear when you have put something into your basket.
- My Account – Will only appear when you have ‘Logged In’. Allows you to look at your quote / order history.
- The Blue buttons are information aids and are also permanently displayed at the top of each page

Text navigation - Sidebar

- This ‘Text’ navigation pane is permanently visible on the left hand side on every page in the website; you can click into any category on the site via this pane, at any point.

Breadcrumbs and Pricing Tables

- The picture below points out the ‘Breadcrumbs’ which can be used to navigate backwards, they mirror the steps you take through the site.
- The ‘Contact Information’ button will appear on every ‘Product Page’ please contact us at any time for information and advice.
- ‘Price Table’ may appear on some product pages. This will take you to the various pricing options for that product.

- This screen appears when you press the ‘Login / Register’ button.
- If you do not have an account, press the ‘Create a new account’ button. We will only request basic information to ensure this procedure is quick and simple.
- When you have logged in you will be able to view your quotation and order history.
