Portable Mini Cranes, 360 Degree Rotation, 5 metre Reach and Upto 6m Hook Height, 400kg Capacity

This mobile jib crane was developed in collaboration with users to ensure that it is practical manual handling aid.

The crane is easy to operate and increases work place safety through a high quality product standard. A 5m boom and up to 6m hook height makes this crane is ideal for site work to eradicate repetitive manual handling, avoid wasted man hours and improve efficiency.

The crane can get to places where a standard crane is sometimes inaccessible or can be used so the master crane isn’t always being taken up and workers having waiting around for a ‘lift’.

The crane is collapsible unit (which enables easier transportation through low headroom areas such as doorways)  can be simply assembled and dismantled with an electro-hydraulic pump and can be moved by fork lift truck of crane if required in a hard to reach area. Booms can be inclined to fit tow mini cranes onto a 7m loading platform for easy transportation.

Two types of crane are available both available in either 110V or 400v.

The base frame, tower and jib are completely galvanised which prevents rust or damage to paint.

Note: Crane is supplied with hoist only. No block grabs are supplied (sold separately).

Type: KD/EFT-004-KML

• Fully electric slew drive and trolley drive.
• Radio controlled unit so you can drive the unit while stood away from the crane.

Type: EFT-004-KML

• Manual - the user has to manually maneuver and rotate the crane.
• With a cabled pendant control for hoist operation.
