Clamp for Lifting Revolving Loads.

Lifting and manual turning without marring of various products with parallel sides. Jaws are articulated and enable the manual rotation of the load. This clamp is fitted with a semi-automatic system which allows the laying down of the load without human intervention.

These accessories are fitted with an open position locking system allowing to lay down the load without any manual intervention. Polyurethane coated pads ensure a great adherence and avoid load marring; articulated and pivoting, they also enable load turning. Transport handles make the positioning easier. Clamping is proportional to the load, thus minimising the damage risk.

Instructions For Use

Positioning: suspend the grab in its open position by its ring (1) (locking pawl (2) activated).
To perform lifting, present the grab vertically to the product to be lifted.
Lower the grab until it is applied against the load. Swivel the locking pawl (2) manually whilst starting off the lifting.
Release the locking pawl (2) making sure its claw is well above the fastening screw (3) and perform lifting.
When laying the load down, bring down the grab until the locking pawl automatically locks (2) onto the fastening screw (3).
The grab is locked in the open position.
It can be lifted up and it is ready to be used again.
