Model:

SBRS-3700

Single Use, One Way Seat Belt Round Sling

Minimum Pack Quantity: 50 units.

Common applications for these slings are lifting, positioning and transport timber kit housing panels and roof trusses. They can also be used for packaging products ready for dispatch or on productions lines for assembling components during the assembly process.

These slings can be built into a structure (at the designated load balance points) so that no additional slinging is required saving both compatibility issues, time wasted using an alternative slinging method and therefore also time on site is saved.

After the load has reached its final destination the slings can be detached or left built into the structure and hidden away but then obviously they must not and should not be used again after the primary lift that they were assigned to is complete.

The weight of the loads that these slings are designed for range from just a few kilos up to 1000kg as standard, however larger capacities are available on request and also multiple slings can be used for heavy or more complex loads.

The slings are engineered and tested at the point of manufacture with a safety factor of 7:1 and labelled accordingly.

Each order of slings can be batch tested on our in-house calibrated tensile testing equipment to class 0.5 accuracy (0.5% max deviation).

These slings may be used for multiple lifts on the load they are primarily attached to, but must not be removed and re-used on another load.

Standard slings are available in 1000mm, 1200mm, 1600mm and 1800mm circumferences which is divided by 2 to calculate the Effective Working Length (EWL), due to them being endless belts, however other lengths are available as special/custom/bespoke units.

*Safety Factor is calculated as Working Load Limit (WLL) multiplied by a factor of 7 to equal minimum breaking force when new e.g. a 500kg WLL x 7 = 3, 500 Kg minimum breaking load (when new).

Features
