The Taurus TGB single sided platform stepladder is designed for intensive professional use and features a double platform and a black powder coating, it has a maximum load of 150 kg, and comes with a 10 year guarantee and is EN 131 compliant. The double platform increases the safety and comfort of the user. The Taurus TGB has a self unlocking hinge and system and a self locking spreader (on TGB 6 and above), which prevents unexpected ladder closure. The enclosed hinge system of the Taurus TGB increases the stability of the product, and suitability for professional use is increased by the guardrail which features an integrated tool tray.
The black powder coating on this ladder is dirt resistant; this helps to prevent users hands becoming dirty and cold when using the Taurus. The double tube profile steps are robust and add strength to the product, they are rounded and extra high to support the shin bone and increase user comfort, confidence and safety. The Taurus has large anti-slip rubber feet to increase its stability. The maximum safe step height is denoted by the red step.
