This item provides excellent reach, with the selected mounting position on the corner post providing the required lifting height above the body floor.

Mounting the crane to the body corner post saves time, weight and space.

These special features provide the user and installer with major advantantages over conventional cranes of the same lifting capacity which are designed to be installed into a socket on the body floor.

The conventional method requires the bodybuilder to incorporate a substantial supporting structure into the body subframe to resist the torque imposed by the fully loaded crane.

This is not always easy to achieve as the majority of cranes of this capacity are installed on vehicles of 3.5 to 7.5 Tonne GVW which use only light duty underframes.
