A major breakthrough in winching on to slide bed vehicles

The patented REELSMART system uniquely positions the winch to one side of the slide bed and is able to provide a straight line pull from any angle even when the connection to the casualty vehicle is offset.

The unique REELSMART sliding head positions the pull directly in line with the tow eye, reducing its risk of shearing, and limiting damage to the casualty vehicle.

REELSMART overcomes many time wasting problems in the recovery procedure. The free spool clutch is now easily accessible from the road, and when working over side bollards, the rope still winds on evenly, with absolutely no bunching. REELSMART will assist in a 'crabbing' situation, reducing additional stress on the winch or rope, thereby limiting damage.
