Camlok ACH Series Plate Clamps

350kg, 650kg, 1300kg, 2300kg, 3300kg, 5000kg and 6650kg WLL options available

  • The ACH can be used on all types of materials in plate form, upto a sling angle of 90.
  • Optional plate thicknesses, 0 - 150mm or 0 - 250mm
  • Designed to lift and transport thick plate and plate bundles in the horizontal position.

Clamps Sold in Pairs

The Camlok Adjustable Height Horizontal Plate Clamp is designed to lift and transport thick plate and plate bundles in the horizontal position. The clamps are used in pairs for short lengths of plate. For longer plate lengths 2 pairs of clamps suspended from a lifting beam are used. The height of the jaw pivot arm is easily adjusted via a spring locked rack and lock bar device. The clamping jaw is always positively brought into the correct position ensuring a safe and secure lift. Standard clamps have a jaw capacity of 0 to 150mm and 0 to 250mm, other sizes available on request. Note: Included angle between chain slings not to exceed 90º.

Application

The ACH Series of plate clamps can be used in pairs with a 2 leg sling at 90° on all types of materials in plate form providing that the plate can withstand the forces imposed on to it. The Adjustable Height Horizontal Plate Clamp is designed to lift and transport thick plate and plate bundles in the horizontal position. Options

Standard clamps have a jaw capacity of 0 to 150mm and 0 to 250mm, although other sizes are available on request, the clamp is also available with a flat plate jaw that can be lined with various materials.

For longer plate lengths 2 pairs of clamps suspended from a lifting beam are used.
