Fully adjustable twin top beam, movable under load aluminium gantry with folding lateral legs. Top beams are supplied as 2-part beams.

Manufactured in German these are top of the range, excellent quality adjustable light weight alloy lifting gantries with twin parallel (double) top lifting beams.

Twin overhead lifting beams add increased stability to a gantry system that is designed to permit movement when loaded (load bearing) though most importantly the twin parallel top beams mean that very wide working spans are achievable between the vertical support legs.

With the twin beam system the load trolley rests between the two beams and distributes the load evenly with smooth traversing on-long the beam, the hoist sits between the two beams giving a very high raised hook position (low headroom).

This is our mobile twin beam version - with Castor's and movable under load. Movement under load is subject to user risk assessment and must be carried out on a suitable, smooth and level surface and be performed by a competent person. The gantry has vertical adjustable on the central vertical column and also horizontal adjustment that is quick and infinitely adjustable.

Each of the legs / vertical supports collapses for ease of transport making the gantry easily handled and be transported to other working areas.

The braked load trolley is Included as standard as is a 'box section' top lifting beam; the trolley is low headroom design providing a smooth and safe means of traversing a load.

All the Gantries in this range can be supplied certified for manriding, fall arrest and rescue applications for persons working at height or in confined spaces.

Gantry Crane Includes: Parking break trolley, integrated horizontal adjuster and wheels with fixed directions (directional locking castors).

With 4 steel castors, heavy duty polyurethane.By releasing the fixed direction wheels the crane can be moved freely. With the use of the brake system the crane can be secured in position. The crane is equipped with a lateral brakes on both sides of the lifting gantry providing additional stability and rigidity.

Gantry is available in three main sizes:

Small Gantries (10 options)
- 1000kg and 1500kg;
- 2175mm min. height;
- 2575mm max. height;
- Beam lengths from 4 metres to 8 metre.

Split Top Beam

Separable aluminium top beam, to enable ease of transportation due to smaller lengths and weights making manual handling less of an issue. Being seperable / split means that it can also be packed away into a smaller space or fitted into the back of a van for movement between sites.

Wall Bracket

Designed to fix one end of the beam to a wall.

Crane Transporter

Designed to transport this type of gantry crane around from location to location whilst packed away reducing manual effort.

If the assembly site cannot be directly reached by vehicle, the easy handling of the crane transporter makes it possible to transport the gantry crane conveniently over distance.

Where the crane is used adjacent to the site you can do without a vehicle altogether.

The accessories of the crane can also be safely carried on the crane transporter.

Weight: 30kg (small and medium cranes), 32kg (high cranes).

Chain Hoist

A choice of compact and lightweight hand chain hoists from a number of reputable manufacturers made from high quality materials.

Cable System/Power Supply

Features

Power supply 110v, 230 or 400 V / 16 Amp. 50 Hz.
Spring recoil - PUR-coil lead (memory cable - curly wirly cable) or spring recoil power supply festoon option.
The electrical connection for the chain hoist is made using a plug and socket connection (Protection Class DIN EN 60529 IP66).
All electrical components can be appropriate for internal and external operating conditions.

Hand Winch

For height adjustment. (raise and lower the vertical column)
1 set = 2 pieces (1 hand winch per lateral stand).
Pertmits large lifting height.
The load on the crank is constant and independent of the cylinder diameter.
Durability due to the chain drive.
Height of lift per winch rotation: 90mm
Weight: 20kg.

Gantry for Man-riding Applications

All the Aluminium Lifting Gantries in this range can be supplied certified for manriding, fall arrest and rescue applications
For persons working at height or in confined spaces.
We can supply fitted with a fall arrest inertia reel or / and manriding / rescue winch.
As you can see on the image to the right the winch options are fitted to the vertical upright then the cable is reeved over two fixed pulley wheels so that the hook can be lowered directly above the person.

Wire Rope Lifting Hoist

Using the same principle as above we can also supply the lifting gantry with a wire rope lifting hoist fitted (electric or pneumatic).
By deflection of the wire rope over two pulley wheels you can create maximum height of lift.
Lifting position on the top beam is adjustable to any required position.
