Electric Worm Gear Winch

A range of robust, economically priced winches suitable for pulling applications up to 2800kg and lifting applications up to 2000kg where relatively low line speeds are required. The self-braking worm gearbox provides effective braking for pulling applications. The optional motor brake should be selected for precision or repetitive lifting applications.

Standard Winch Features

  • 3 phase electric motor IP54
  • Single drum support 3 phase 250kg anf 500kg models.
  • Two drum supports all other models
  • Self-braking worm gearbox

Available Options

  • 220v or 110v single phase input power (up to 750kg models)
  • Braked Motor
  • Increased motor protection – IP55 or IP56
  • Protective steel motor cover (prevents water ingress to fan)
  • Manual disengaging clutch
  • Drum pressure roller
  • Alternative speeds
  • Alternative drum capacities
  • Split drum, additional rope anchor(s)
  • Emergency hand crank with optional interlock switch
