Imer TR225 Scaffold Hoist, 220 or 110v, 30m Working Height - 200kg Capacity

Model:  TR 225 / 223H-465
Showing 5 of 10

Single Phase Scaffold Hoist Includes scaffold arm (extending).

The Imer TR225 / 223H-465 hoist is supplied with a multipin connector which allows the operator to control the hoist with either a 1.5m or 5m pendant control (depending on user requirments), or a 25m low voltage remote control, simply by plugging in the required control. In case the pendant control is damaged, it is not necessary to dismantle the hoist; it is sufficient to send the control for repair and continue the work by simply plugging in a spare pendant control.

The working noise level of the hoist is 70 db(A), equal to that of the average home noise level, making it easy to operate in any job site condition and taking account of the workers health and safety.

The 223H-465 hoist is equipped with the Anti Rewinding System, patented and exclusive to Imer. This system eliminates the rope winding onto the drum in the wrong direction, granting integrity and safety to the hoist. This eliminates the lifting of the load with the lower winding of the motor, which does not produce adequate torque.

The 223H-465 scaffold hoist can be optionally equipped with an extendible bracket; said bracket is adjustable in length to a maximum of 1120mm. Even when the bracket is fully extended the maximum capacity of 200Kg is maintained which assists in the handling of bulky loads.

Locking the wire rope to the lifting hook by means of block and wedge ensures a safe and reliable connection. Owing to the load weight, the rope always tends to remain locked between the block and the wedge. This systems allows the user to simply and quickly shorten the rope as it is not necessary to dismantle the hoist from the support and send it to a work shop where the tightening would be carried out (in case of thimble and sleeve locking).

The Scaffold Attachment (back bracket)

Ensures the correct mounting of the hoist on the scaffold. In comparison to the clamps attachments, the use of this accessory reduces the stress transmitted to the scaffold by spreading the load over a larger area. The scaffold attachment for hoists is also fitted with a pre-aligned-plate for locking the work positioning lever.
