• Padded head and shoulder straps plus extra back support provide maximum protection for the casualty.
• Integral skis for transporting casualty securely over snow and with deeper stretcher frame and removable lifting handles to allow it to be carried as a traditional stretcher.
• The Alpin MR stretcher is easy to assemble and use, and folds for easy storage and transportation.
• The frame encorporates a wheel mount to allow easy moving over longer distances or difficult terrain
