Certification must be requested at time of order. Shackles are quenched and tempered and can meet DNV impact requirements of 42 joules at -20 C.
Features: Working Load Limit permanently shown on every shackle, forged alloy steel - quenched and tempered, with bow and bolt, hot dip galvanized; shackles can be RFID EQUIPPED. Shackles are quenched and tempered and meets DNV impact requirements of 42 joules (31 ft. Ibs.) at -40 degree C (-40 degree F).
These shackles significantly improve the life of wire rope slings. They can be used to connect HIGH STRENGTH round slings, synthetic round slings or wire rope slings. An increase in shackle bow radius provides minimum 58% gain in sling bearing surface, increases usable sling strength a minimum of 15%.
Features: Quenched and tempered for maximum strength, forged alloy steel, available in galvanized (G2169) and self-coloured (S2169) finish.
Capacities of 7, 12.5 and 18 metric tonnes

These shackles have capacities from 6.5 to 55 metric tonnes. They are forged - quenched and tempered, with alloy pins. The working load limit is permanently shown on every shackle. The also feature quick-check deformation and angle indicators forged on the bow.
All ROV shackle bows, unless otherwise noted are galvanised and then painted fluorescent yellow.
