Tractel Electric Wire Rope Winches / Hoists for Pulling and Lifting Applications

All models fitted with positively acting electrical upper limit switch and return spring on ALTOTIR 150. Direct voltage control via pendant control station with 2 buttons and emergency stop (IP65 protection). The steel spring is permanently reeled on the drum and protection against the phenomenon of overspeed (self-generation) when lowering in the event of a break in the electricity supply.

Tirak X Series has an unlimited height of lift because the wire rope is not stored in the machine, centrifugal brake for controlled descent in case of power failure and pendant control with up/down and emergency stop.

Lighter than the T-series, the X-series are most suited for bosun's chairs, inspection harnesses, one-man cradles and light suspended platforms.

The TIRAK with its compact frame is lighter, smaller and more economic than a crane or a drum winch with the same capacity and complete with a similar length of wire rope.  Features include: Terminal switch for limiting the height of lift wherever desired, emergency lowering in power failure at a controlled speed, electrical system suitable for use on building sites, easy to operate push button pendant control and heavier loads can be handled using winch with snatch blocks. Full safety features including limit switches and release/lower facility.

Weatherproof: Made of pressed aluminium and polycarbonate which is moulded and coloured. Gearing: The helical gear teeth significantly reduce the noise level and gears are greased and sealed for life. Remote control: Low voltage(24V) push-button control with emergency stop and connection by 3 m flexible cable. Very high quality electrical wiring, protected under weatherproof cover. The electromagnetic brake holds the load as soon as the button on the remote control is released.
